1. We do not allow heavy swearing. So do not go around dropping the f bomb on everyone that bugs you. Or calling everyone batches. But, we do allow light swearing. Such as the simply hell, freaking, fricking, or any other border-line swear like that. Acronyms such as LMFAO and WTF, are also allowed.
2. There is a reason we have certain board for certain things. If you wish to rp in you clan, then post in your clan. The thread will be put where your character starts at. But if they are in camp, and then move to the territory, you can either choose to make a new thread there, or just keep going and don't move it. Also, if you are a warrior, you MAY NOT post in the rouge board, loner board, kittypet board, or tribe board without my permission. This goes for tribe cats as well. But if you are a rouge, loner, or kittypet, you may most in the rouge board, loner board, or kittypet board, because they have no boundaries. You can not post in the clan boards or tribe boards without the leaders permission though.
3. Respect. This is a huge thing here. We don't want people going around being mean and ganging up, calling names, etc.
4. No character may have "powers". I know that in the books they do, but these are not the books. So don't even try to pm me about having a power, because the answer will always be no. I don't care what they are, if they are just tiny ones, you may not have powers.
5. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Spamming. I just can't stand it, and I can almost say that no one else likes it either. It is annoying and just plain stupid. So only post one time in a thread, and try not to post only one word. If you do, I will hunt you down, and make you type an essay on why spamming is bad. It will be torture.
6. Liquid time is allowed. Meaning that you can post with your character in more then one thread at a time. But, if you are in one thread as a kit, and then get your ceremony and then post as an apprentice while still in the post where you are a kit, then you are still a kit in that thread. Same with injuries, if you are in a thread, then get injured in another, you are not injured in the thread you where in before that. Everyone read me?
7. Listen to all staff. I don't think this needs to be really explained. Just do what they say.
8. No pretend to be another member. I don't care if you are posting something nice, or something mean. Just do not do it.
9. No huge pictures. For one, it stretches the board, and two, it is a pain to load. And for those of us who have slow computers, we done want to sit around for a hour just to wait for a picture to load. This also goes to not too many pictures in your signature. We don't want to wait for all ten pictures in your signature to load. So try to have a maximum of three pictures.
10. No one wants to know how your character murdered someone in great detail. In battle, yes, we want you to be descriptive, but on how they attack and exactly what they are doing. We don't want to have to run away from out computer because you are being just that descriptive. This goes for sex scenes as well. Though I don't know why there would be any of those.
11. No advertising outside advertising board. There is a reason that we have that board. And we expect people to use it. No one wants to be having a good time posting in a thread, and then have you come along telling them to join your site. This goes for pming other members as well. It's just pain annoying!
12. Unlike many other warrior sites out there, any cat can have kits and die. That's right, your she-cat can have kits and doesn't have to be staff. But remember, that doesn't mean I want twenty people with their cats having kits, and more killing their cats off. No. You must first ask me if you can kill your character or impregnate them.
13. For each character, you must have a separate account. That means if you have three characters, you should have three accounts, one for each. We also have no character limit, just don't overdo yourself. Also, if you wish you may have a separate OoC account for plotting and posting in the general boards and such. Although this is not required.
14. Make your names realistic. Cats don't know what houses or pillows are, so don't go calling you cat Housetail or Pillowfur. Make it something cats know, such as a kind of tree or flower. If you aren't sure if your name is okay, pm me and I'll tell you.
15. Make character designs realistic. Cats are nor purple, or blue, so don't make them that color. Blue-grey is okay. But they can not be sky-blue with purple eyes. Wild markings on the other hand are okay, as long as they are at least semi-realistic. Same with eyes. Cats don't have maroon eyes, so don't give them those kind of eyes. Thank you.
16. You must post at least 100 words. It really isn't very hard. I would like you to post more, but if you can't seem to find muse, 100 words are reasonable. I can manage at least 200 with no muse, so just try hard. It is also 100 because I don't want rambling, I find that sites with a high word count has a lot of posts that are just ramble that no one likes to read.
